The program
Marriage Foundations
An 8-Session Premarital Counseling Experience
Marriage preparation deserves more than a wedding checklist. My Marriage Foundations program helps couples move beyond surface-level conversations to understand the patterns, expectations, strengths, and differences that will shape their marriage. Using the PREPARE/ENRICH assessment, we identify meaningful relationship strengths and opportunities for growth. I then use those findings to personalize our counseling sessions, discussions, activities, and between-session exercises. The goal is not a perfect relationship. It is helping couples enter marriage with greater understanding, practical relationship skills, and a shared commitment to navigating life together.

Practical tools
Develop communication, conflict resolution, and relationship skills you can use immediately.
Intentional preparation

Faith integration
Faith Can Be Part of Your Foundation.
For couples who desire it, Christian faith can be thoughtfully integrated into premarital counseling — including discussions of shared beliefs, spiritual goals, and the role of faith in your marriage. Faith integration is always guided by the couple's preferences, values, and goals. Couples who prefer a nonreligious approach are equally welcome.
Your counselor
A collaborative, strengths-based approach.
