Counseling that helps you face life’s challenges with clarity, resilience, and a foundation you can trust.
I’m Keenan Crowley, a registered mental health counseling intern. Counseling is more than a career for me—it’s a calling. My passion is walking alongside kids, teens, adults, and families as they navigate life’s challenges and discover what it means to live with greater strength, peace, and hope.
My approach blends the structure of Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT) with creativity and faith. With kids and teens, I often use Play Therapy and Sand Tray Therapy to help them express what words can’t. With adults and couples, I focus on practical tools, honest reflection, and deeper conversations that lead to lasting change. For clients who desire it, I integrate faith into sessions, grounding the process in something bigger than ourselves.
Outside of my work, I’m a husband, a dad, and a Michigan native who’s made Florida home. I understand that life doesn’t always go according to plan—and those experiences shape the way I show up with clients: grounded, real, and committed to walking with them through both struggles and growth.
Play therapy is a way for kids to express what’s going on inside without having to find the right words. Through toys, art, and imagination, they can explore feelings, solve problems, and work through tough experiences in a safe and supportive space.
Sand Tray Play Therapy takes that a step further—using a tray of sand and miniature figures, kids (and even adults) create scenes that reflect their inner world. It’s a powerful, hands-on way to help people make sense of emotions, experiences, and relationships through play and creativity.
